1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

There is no information that is collected from your phone when you run the AWU2UDDF app. The application simply reformats diving data that is already stored on your phone from it synchronizing with an Apple Watch Ultra and puts it into an XML file in the UDDF format that you store back on your phone or any other location that you choose. The data is never transmitted to any outside website or computer without your nowledge.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

All of the processing of your data is done directly on your phone. The data is never transmitted to an external site to be processed unless you choose to save the final UDDF XML file to an external site.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The short answer is no-one since we don't collect any personal information

4. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE?

By not collecting your data we leave keeping the data safety completely in your hands by choosing when and where you want to store or transmit the data.

5. DO WE COLLECT DATA FROM MINORS

We do not knowingly collect information from or target our application to minors.

6. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

Yes, any modification to this policy will be posted here at https://awu2uddf.foghead.com/privacy-policy.html with the modification date clearly identified.
